A snapshot of an Angraecum leonis orchid growing on a Ohia tree in the author's front yard. This orchid's intense and heady fragrance puts even gardenias to shame. The flowers shown here are about 2.5 inches across, with a 4" nectary behind each one, for night flying moths with long tongues.
